Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Quote of OBC requests within 15-30 minutes.
  • Supervise the OBC before, during and after the mission.
  • Provide necessary (travel- and customs) documents.
  • Proactively inform the customer on status of the mission.
  • Financial handling/invoicing.
  • Resolve potential issues during a mission.
  • Evaluate the mission and come up with improvements.

What we require:

  • Representative appearance.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Flexible working hours, willing to work evening -and weekend shifts, if necessary.
